Process

Step 1: Upload your chosen photo, leave any specific notes, and complete your checkout.

Step 2: Within 3–5 days, our team will create and send you a digital sketch preview of your embroidered design. Please use a valid email—we’ll contact you for final artwork approval.

Step 3: Once you approve the design, we’ll begin the embroidery process. Your finished artwork will arrive in about 2–3 weeks.

Important Notes:

📌 Please refer to our listing photos for examples of the final embroidered product. If your image doesn't match our standard 5:7 or 8:10 ratio, we’ll either crop it or keep the original ratio based on the longest side.

📌 To achieve the best visual result, minor or overly small details in the original photo may be simplified in the embroidery design. We stitch the entire background, whether it's a solid color or contains objects. However, not all details—especially fine ones like flower gardens, trees, bushes, or small items—will be included. That's why your approval of the sketch is very important.

📌 The product does not include a frame. Once you receive it, feel free to choose a frame that suits your style to preserve your memory in the most complete way!
