Processing Time

In stock items ship within 1 business day

Personalized items follow the timeline in the production description.

Shipping 

Free First Class/ Ground Advantage shipping on all orders

Tracking

We will provide the tracking number as soon as the label is created. Sometimes due to international transit, the tracking may not work immediately. If your tracking is still not working after one week, please notice me by email/text.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (except for the personalized items)

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A Return Authorization is required before returning.

Refunds

Items must be opened but unused to qualify for a refund

Lost Packages:

I'll refund or re-ship if your package is lost in transit.
