Just send us the shirt (or hat, scarf, pants...) you already love – we’ll turn it into a one-of-a-kind piece!

💡 How does it work?

🧵 Step 1: Send your logo file – we’ll stitch a sample

Before embroidering on your actual item, you’ll send us a digital version of your logo.
We will stitch a sample on felt fabric for your review and approval.

• Sample fee: $10 (applies whether or not you proceed with the order)
• Logo size limit:
• No more than 4 inches per side
• No more than 10 square inches total area
• Examples: 3x3 in ✅, 2x4 in ✅, 4x4 in ❌ (16 sqin – too large)

This is a mandatory step to ensure the final product meets your expectations – in color, detail, and precision.

👕 Step 2: Send in your item

Once the logo sample is approved, you have two options:

• Send us the shirt/hat/scarf... you already own
• Or order from another shop and ship it directly to our address

We can embroider on most common materials like cotton, denim, fleece, tech fabrics, etc.
As long as it's something you love – we’ll help it stand out!

🧶 Step 3: We embroider your item

Once we receive your item and approved logo, we’ll begin the embroidery exactly as agreed in Step 1.

⏳ Step 4: Turnaround time

The embroidery process takes up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your item.
We take care with every stitch to ensure the final piece is just right.
